Evolution 2018 Inter School Robotics competition hosted by Blue Bird High School

Two days interschool Robotics competition organized by Drift Developers (www.buildingrobots.net) was inaugurated by Mr Vebhu Bhatnagar, Director sir and Mrs Vandna Bhatnagar Principal of Blue Bird High School. Around 200 Students from various Schools of tricity participated in the event which included ‘ Web designing’ IT quiz , Robo Rescue, Royal Rumble, Race Race, Tug of War and Robo Fight. Chief guests of the event were Mr.A.K Pandey ( IG Punjab police) and RJ Lakha and Rishi from 93.5 Red FM. The event was sponsored by Extramarks and Smile Foundation.


Speaking and Singing Talents

The little ones of Pre-Nursery and Nursery sections mesmerized the audience with their speaking and singing talents under the theme “CADENCE”. They responded to the queries of their teachers so confidently. They also conveyed useful messages to “Save trees”, “Say No to junk food”, “No to plastic bags” and “Reuse, Reduce, Recycle”. These small ones recited meaningful poems using props, wearing attires symbolizing their poems. They stole the show with confidence, effective gestures and fine voice modulation.


Exhibition

The creativity and innovative ideas were found displayed in the Arts andScience Exhibition organized in Blue Bird High School. More than 800 pieces ofArt work, Science models and Robots prepared in summer vacations by thestudents were on display. Creativity and artistic skills of the students gotappreciation from the Parents and Visitors.
