DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

AIM HIGHER

Dear teachers/students,
The Blue Bird High School Panchkula has achieved a prominent position among the educational institutions of Panchkula and Chandigarh. The school is well known as a disciplined place to study and for varied extracurricular activities. We have made several leaps since the inception of the school in the year 1989. We have made our best efforts to provide the latest teaching techniques, state-of-the art infrastructure, workshops and seminar sessions.

Today, there are changes in the ways of teaching and learning and we, too, have made efforts to adopt and improved with introducing smart classes last year. We have been continuously upgrading our infrastructure and facilities. The school building has been expanded manifold with three stories. A number of classrooms have been added to accommodate the increasing number of students. The school has the best equipped library with ten thousand books on its shelves. Both the multimedia rooms have internet fitted with the latest communication system. The latest addition is the construction of auditorium which will give a flip to the cultural and extra-curricular activities, seminars and workshops.

The school has an excellent skating rink with international dimensions and number of state level skating matches have been organized here. It has been patternized even by the Haryana Sports Department which has orgainsed a number of annual skating events.

At the same time, we want to keep our feet on the ground and educate our students to live within the realities of life and become contributing and good citizens for inclusive growth of our country. I would like to see my students into strong, mature and honest human beings. I would like to see strong bonds developing between students, teachers and the administrators.

All this progress has been possible due to the inspired leadership of the managing body, the well knit team of teachers and, of course the students who have excelled in their field of academics and extracurricular activities.

My sincere wishes are that the institution should progress and our students show better results in times to come. I am always here to guide them.
