National Sports Day

Sports came alive at Blue Bird High School as the school celebrated National Sports Day with enthusiasm and vibrant participation. The celebration aimed to highlight the importance of sports, physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.
Students actively participated in various Inter House sports activities like Basketball, Kho-Kho, Badminton etc. displaying remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship.  Through this celebration, Blue Bird High School reinforced the significance of sports and physical activity in daily life, aligning with the vision of Major Dhyan Chand and the spirit of National Sports Day.
The Principal Ms. Vandna Bhatnagar encouraged students to make physical activity a regular part of their lives and emphasized that true success lies not only in winning but also in participating with dedication and accepting both victory and defeat gracefully.

World Elephant Day (Save Elephants)

The little learners of Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, Panchkula celebrated World Elephant Day with creativity, joy and a whole lot of love for our gentle giants! 
UKG Stars brought an elephant-themed rhyme to life through a lively Rhyme Dramatization!
Class 1 Storytellers took us into the wonderful world of elephants with an engaging Story Dramatization.
LKG Artists added their colourful touch through a delightful Elephant Colouring Activity.
And our adorable Nursery learners took home cute Elephant Masks as a special keepsake!
Through stories, colours, drama and smiles, our young learners discovered that protecting elephants means protecting forests, wildlife and our beautiful planet.

Raksha Bandhan

Blue Bird High School  (A Senior Secondary School)  celebrated the cherished festival of Raksha Bandhan with immense joy, warmth and festive spirit. The celebration began with a soulful song and speech highlighting the festival’s cultural significance and the values of love, respect, and responsibility.

 

Students participated enthusiastically in creative activities, making glitter-paper rakhis, rakhi envelopes, and air-soft clay/moulded-clay rakhis, craft and rhyme activities. Their colourful handmade creations reflected their creativity and imagination.

The Principal Ms. Vandna Bhatnagar appreciated the students’ participation and emphasized that such celebrations promote harmony, empathy, creativity, confidence and a connection with our cultural heritage.
