Janmashtmi Celebration (Fancy dress Competition)

The festival of Janmashtami was celebrated with devotion and joy at Blue Bird High School, Sector 16 Panchkula, with a special morning assembly that filled the atmosphere with a spiritual fervour through bhajans and reflections on the life and teachings of Lord Krishna. Students of Classes I and II presented a delightful fancy dress show, portraying various characters of Krishna. Vibrant activities like poster making on Krishna Leela, crafting Krishna miniatures with clay, and decorating traditional matkis and bansuris were also held. Principal ma'am appreciated students’ enthusiastic participation and encouraged them to imbibe the values of truth, love, and righteousness that Lord Krishna stood for. The celebrations not only showcased the students’ creativity and enthusiasm but also inspired values of love, compassion, and righteousness among all.

Kavita Path Pratiyogita "Abhivyakti"

रोटरी क्लब चंडीगढ़ सेंट्रल के अर्ध दिवसीय RYLA के सहयोग से ब्लू बर्ड हाई स्कूल में 22 अगस्त 2025 को कविता पाठ प्रतियोगिता , “अभिव्यक्ति “का आयोजन किया गया । इस कार्यक्रम में पंचकुला के कई विद्यालयों ने सहभागिता दी । इस आयोजन में हब विद्यालयों के अलावा अन्य कई विद्यालयों के विद्यार्थियों ने भी सहभागिता दिखाई ।

इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में हिंदी भाषा में रुचि विकसित करना तथा हिंदी भाषा का सकारात्मक प्रचार - प्रसार था । यह एक शानदार अवसर था हिंदी साहित्य तथा कविताओं के माध्यम से अपने दिल के उदगार सुनने का l कार्यक्रम की समाप्ति पर मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती शीनू दानिया जी तथा श्रीमती रीटा भल्ला जी ने सहभागियों की सराहना की तथा प्रथम, द्वितीय ,तृतीय और सांत्वना स्थान प्राप्त करने वालो ट्रॉफी से सम्मानित किया ।प्रधानाचार्या जी ने आयोजन के अंत में सभी सहभागियों को प्रोत्साहान सर्टिफिकेट्स दिए तथा आए हुए अतिथियों का धन्यवाद किया l

इस प्रतियोगिता में विभिन्न विद्यालयों ने सहभागिता दिखाईl जिनमें भवन विद्यालय पंचकूला ,सेंट विवेकानंद मिलेनियम स्कूल, चमन लाल डी.ए.वी सीनियर पब्लिक स्कूल पंचकूला, डी.ए.वी सीनियर पब्लिक स्कूल सूरजपुर ,सेंट सोल्जर डिवाइन पब्लिक स्कूल, डी.सी मॉडल उच्चतर माध्यमिक स्कूल , जैनेंद्रा पब्लिक स्कूल, ब्लू बर्ड हाई स्कूल सेक्टर 16 पंचकूला, मोतीराम आर्य मॉडर्न पब्लिक स्कूल । कनिष्क वर्ग में सेंट सोल्जर डिवाइन पब्लिक स्कूल की अक्षायिनी ने प्रथम स्थान , ब्लू बर्ड हाई स्कूल सेक्टर 16 पंचकूला की आरूषी शर्मा ने द्वितीय स्थान , डी.ए. वी सीनियर पब्लिक स्कूल सूरजपुर की पीहू ने तृतीय स्थान तथा भवन विद्यालय पंचकूला के जय शर्मा को सांत्वना पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुए। वरिष्ठ वर्ग में डी.सी मॉडल उच्चतर माध्यमिक स्कूल के हर्षित ने प्रथम स्थान, भवन विद्यालय पंचकूला के नमन मेहता ने द्वितीय स्थान, ब्लू बर्ड हाई स्कूल सेक्टर 16 पंचकूला की दीपिका ठाकुर ने तृतीय स्थान तथा मोतीराम आर्य मॉडर्न पब्लिक स्कूल के अरुण कुमार को सांत्वना पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ।

Har Ghar Tiranga(Independence Day celebration)

Blue Bird High School, Panchkula celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with great zeal and exhilaration. Students participated in various activities and competitions under “Har Ghar Tiranga” 2025 and decorated school premise's and boards with Tri-colour flags, Rangoli competitions, Rakhi making competitions , letter writing drives for the soldiers and police personnels and national quiz on the Tiranga were conducted. Elevating the feeling of patriotism, the students of grade X-XII held a Tiranga rally. The school celebrated the red letter day by hosting a special assembly. The school choir sang Patriotic songs. The children recited Patriotic poems and speeches. Kindergarten and Primary wing pupils wore tricolor dresses, painted their cheek and face with tri-colour, decorated their rooms with national flags and pictures of freedom fighters and took selfie with their handmade tri-colour flag.

Principal of the school, Ms. Vandna, commended the combined efforts of the students and teachers. She urged the students to think of what this freedom really meant to each one of them. She highlighted the need to speak the language of affection and brotherhood to all around and encouraged the students to celebrate differences and reiterated the message that respect should guide their every action.
