BAISAKHI CELEBRATION

“The richness and depth of celebrations express a culture accurately.”

The vibrant festival of Baisakhi was celebrated in Blue Bird High School, sector -16 , Panchkula to imbibe in our children the values and ethos of every culture and community and to make them aware of the spring harvest festival in all its essence. A special assembly was held in which the students were enlightened about the history and significance of the festival.

Felicitation Ceremony for the Academic Session 2023-24

Students were honored for their academic excellence. They were presented with Green Scholar badges and Green Scholar tie and Appreciation certificates were given to all the students who attended the school regularly for the whole session without any leave. The event was organized in the morning school assembly and aimed to appreciate the efforts of the students and to acknowledge their emerging talent .Principal Mrs. Bhatnagar told that these kind of gestures, aim to motivate the students to work hard and strive for even greater accomplishments.

World Health Day

The greatest gift you can give your family and the world is healthy you…”

World Health Day is a global health awareness day observed every year on 7 April , under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO) to mark WHO’s founding. Capturing the theme of 2024 ‘My Health, My Right’, a special talk in morning assembly was held for the students in Blue Bird High School, sector -16 Panchkula. During the talk, the school doctor spoke on the importance of healthy eating habits, maintaining hygiene and the importance of sports and exercise in our daily lives. Students also pledged to keep their mind and bodies healthy. Students of Classes III- V brought healthy tiffin’s to be a part of the celebrations of world health day and learnt the significance of a healthy diet. Various physical activities like yoga, aerobics and meditation were also held in senior classes. School principal, Ms.Vandna, also apprised the students about following a healthy lifestyle.
